Pay only when you create an agreement — $9 per agreement on the Base network. No monthly commitment. Good for occasional use.
Pro
$39/month for unlimited agreements on both networks with unlimited milestones. The best value for regular use — freelancers, agencies, and small teams. Save with annual billing: $31/month billed yearly at $374/year.
Team
$99/month with everything in Pro, plus dedicated support and workspaces. Built for organizations managing multiple agreements across team members. Save with annual billing: $79/month billed yearly at $950/year.

Network fees
Network fees (gas) are separate from MyPact pricing. These go to the blockchain network, not to MyPact.
- Base (live mode): Usually under $0.05 per transaction
- Sepolia (test mode): Free (uses test ETH from a faucet)
A typical escrow agreement involves 2–3 transactions (approve token, deposit, approve release), so total network fees on Base are usually under $0.15.
What counts as an agreement?
One escrow or one terms-only agreement = 1 agreement. Milestones within an agreement don’t count as separate agreements.
