What is MyPact?
MyPact is a tool for creating binding agreements where funds are held securely on-chain until the people involved approve. No middleman, no bank, no trust required — the agreement enforces itself automatically.

Two types of agreements
Escrow (with funds)
Deposit USDC into a secure on-chain agreement. Funds are released automatically when the required number of people approve. Perfect for freelance payments, project milestones, and group decisions.
Terms-only (signed record)
Create a permanent on-chain record of agreed terms — no funds involved. Useful for contractor scope agreements, partnership terms, and governance commitments.
