Sign in to MyPact
MyPact uses your email or social account for authentication — no wallet required to get started.
Choose a sign-in method
Go to mypact.net and click Sign In. You have three options:
- Email — enter your email address and we’ll send you a magic link. Click the link to sign in instantly.
- Google — sign in with your Google account
- GitHub — sign in with your GitHub account
You’re in
That’s it. You’re signed in and ready to go.
MyPact automatically creates a secure embedded wallet for you — there’s nothing to install and no recovery phrase to write down. Your wallet is protected by the same login you use for email or Google.
When you’re ready to fund an agreement, you can pay by credit/debit card or bank transfer directly in the app — no crypto exchange needed.

Your wallet options
When you sign in with email or Google, MyPact automatically creates a secure embedded wallet for you. You can fund it by credit/debit card or bank transfer using Coinbase — no crypto experience needed.
If you already use a crypto wallet, you can connect it instead for full control over your keys. Below are the recommended external wallets.

Already signed in with email or Google? You’re all set — you already have an embedded wallet. The external wallets below are optional, for users who prefer full control over their keys. If you do want an external wallet, Coinbase Wallet is the easiest to set up for Base.
Write down your recovery phrase and store it somewhere safe — not on your phone or computer. Your wallet provider will give you a recovery phrase (12 or 24 words) during setup. This is the only way to restore your wallet if you lose access to your device. If you lose both your wallet and your recovery phrase, neither MyPact nor anyone else can recover your funds.
Connect your wallet to MyPact
Click “Connect Wallet”
In the MyPact app, click the Connect Wallet button in the navigation bar.
Choose your wallet
Select your wallet from the list. If you’re using a mobile wallet, scan the QR code with your wallet app.
Approve the connection
Your wallet will ask you to confirm the connection. This is safe — it only lets MyPact see your public address. It cannot access your funds or make transactions without your approval.
Verify your wallet
MyPact will ask you to sign a message to verify you own the wallet. This is a free signature (no network fee) that links your wallet to your MyPact account.
Add the right network to your wallet
MyPact operates on two networks:
Test mode — Sepolia
A practice network with no real money. Free to use.
- Most wallets have Sepolia pre-configured. In MetaMask: Settings → Networks → Show test networks → Sepolia.
- You’ll need free Sepolia ETH for network fees. Get it from sepoliafaucet.com or Alchemy’s faucet.
Live mode — Base
The real network for real agreements with real funds.
- Coinbase Wallet: Base is built in — no setup needed.
- MetaMask: Go to chainlist.org, search for “Base”, and click Add to MetaMask.
- You’ll need a small amount of ETH on Base for network fees (usually under $0.05 per transaction).
